St. James Catholic School is a PK through Grade 8 school of approximately 120 students. St. James School is seeking an administrative assistant to assume all executive assistant leadership duties and to manage the front desk operations. The candidate of choice must be able to make all people through the school doors feel welcomed into our Catholic school, must be able to handle multiple large-scale projects, must be competent with preparing memos, managing data systems, and must be a kid-focused servant leader. The hiring team will review applicants on an ongoing basis and plans to hold interviews to fill this important position when multiple qualified candidates are presented. The position begins in July. Applicants of the Catholic faith may be given preference.
Qualified candidates will have one or more years experience as a successful administrative assistant and be knowledgeable and experienced with office technology / programs. **Bilingual (Spanish) candidates are preferred
